For example, the content when you communicate with or message others in the game. We also collect your data each time you interact with us, for instance, when you communicate with us using in-app support.

For example, when you use location-related services, we may collect your approximate location to provide you with relevant services.

(4) Other Relevant Data:

For your better use of our products or services, we will collect relevant data with your prior consent, such as friend list data.

3. Data from Other Sources

(1) We may collect data about you contained in data shared by other users, for example, photos or videos posted by other users may contain your data.

(2) We may obtain data about you from business partners, contractors, and other third parties and add it to our account data or other data we collect.

II. How We Use Cookies

The use of Device Data is necessary for the performance of our contract with you to provide the game.

3. Contact Data (Name, Address, Phone Number, Instant Messaging Account): We can only learn this data when you actively provide it. Main scenarios are: (1) Providing you with news, features of new products or services, or enhancing products or services; (2) Handling/referring your customer service or technical support issues or difficulties; (3) Sending physical merchandise or gifts for participating in marketing activities; (4) Notifying you about upgrade opportunities, competitions, promotions, or other special events and offers.

4. Location Data: We use this data to provide some location-based services, such as forming teams with nearby people (if any). We use IP addresses to provide you with a version of the game adapted to local laws.

5. Social Media IDs: To allow you to share certain content on social media.

6. User Profile Data: We use this data to provide users with personalized services, such as profile pages.

7. Game Data: We use this data to provide services to users, as it is the basis of our game. The use of Game Data is necessary for the performance of our contract with you to provide the game.

IV. Data Accuracy

When you provide Personal Data to us, you agree to provide only accurate data and agree that we may assume its accuracy and rely on it. If we provide you with a way to update the data, you agree to update it to maintain its accuracy.

V. With Whom Your Personal Data May Be Shared

We do not share your Personal Data with companies, organizations, or individuals outside of the providers of this product's services, except in the following circumstances:

We will take appropriate security measures and technical means in compliance with industry standards to store and protect your Personal Data to prevent its loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. For example, encrypted transmission via the network security layer technology SSL, encrypted data storage, strict restriction of access to data centers, use of private network channels and network proxies. Your Personal Data is stored on password-controlled servers, and access is restricted.

Please understand that due to the rapid development of computer and internet technology and limitations in synchronization speed, various malicious or non-malicious attack methods may exist or emerge. Although we continuously strive to enhance and strengthen security measures to protect your data from accidents or damage, we cannot always guarantee 100% security of the data.

1. Minors may not create their own user accounts without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a minor, we suggest that you ask your parent or guardian to carefully read this Privacy Policy and use our services or provide data to us only with the consent of your parent or guardian.

2. Regarding the collection of minors' Personal Data with the consent of parents or guardians for the use of our products or services, we will only use, share, transfer, or disclose this data as permitted by laws and regulations, with the explicit consent of the parent or guardian, or as necessary to protect the minor.

IX. Your Rights

1. Withdrawal of Consent, Cessation of Collection, Processing, or Use of Personal Data

If you no longer consent to Starmagic Games Products or Services collecting, using, and/or sharing Personal Data related to you that we own or control, and/or request us to delete your Personal Data, please send an email to us at support@starmagic.cc. We will process your application in accordance with this Policy and privacy laws. When you withdraw consent or request us to delete data necessary for providing services, this may mean we will be unable to continue providing you with the services and may need to terminate your current relationship with us.

2. Access to or Correction of Personal Data

You may personally access and/or correct Personal Data related to you currently owned or controlled by us. If you have installed Starmagic Games Products or Services, you can send an email to support@starmagic.cc to request processing. You must provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity and the nature of the request to process it. If processing your request incurs fees or costs, we may request the payment of necessary and reasonable fees.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

You have the right to request us to provide the Personal Data you previously provided. If you wish us to transfer your data to a third party designated by you, please ensure you have specifically confirmed that third party and that the transfer is technically feasible. Once your Personal Data has been received by that third party, we do not guarantee the security of the information after receipt by the third party or take responsibility for the third party's actions. Please note that if providing the data per your instructions would infringe upon another person's Personal Data, we will not execute this data transfer.

4. Deletion of Personal Data

(1) You have the right to request us to delete all or part of your Personal Data and information. If you need to deactivate your account, you can do so in the APP under Settings -- User Center -- Deactivate Account; if you need to delete part of your Personal Data, please send an email to us at support@starmagic.cc.

(2) When you request us to delete your Personal Data and information, we require you to provide a specific and clear request, including the categories of data and information to be deleted, and provide identity verification so we can determine if you qualify to exercise this right and understand your actual request. However, according to local regulations, we may be required to retain your Personal Data to fulfill legal obligations.

(3) After you request the deletion of your Personal Data and information, we will be unable to continue providing services corresponding to the deleted data/information, and the deleted data/information and its records cannot be recovered or fully recovered.

X. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated

We are very concerned about user privacy issues and understand the need to update this policy when the Company provides new features or commercial services. We will post significant changes to the Privacy Policy on a dedicated page.
